Call for Cities and Regions – join the CCRI Mentoring Programme (second call)
Published on 25.09.2025
The CCRI Knowledge Hub is launching the second call of its Mentoring Programme for cities and regions willing to advance their circular transition.
More information
Following the launch of its first edition, the CCRI Knowledge Hub team is now opening the second call of the CCRI Mentoring Programme: an opportunity for cities and regions across Europe to receive tailored support as they transition towards a circular economy.
Building on the success of the first round, which supported nine cities and regions across seven countries, this new call aims to expand the CCRI community and deepen the impact of circular initiatives throughout Europe.
The programme begins with a diagnostic assessment of each city's or region's circular economy readiness, using the CCRI Knowledge Hub’s methodology and the CCRI Self-Assessment Tool to identify local needs and opportunities. Based on this, tailored support pathways are co-designed with local stakeholders, including expert mentoring, customised workshops and access to practical tools and resources.
Who can apply?
Cities and regions from EU and Horizon Europe-associated countries. Priority goes to those underrepresented in CCRI-CSO activities. (CCRI Pilots are not eligible.)
Time commitment:
Participation includes up to 2 co-design sessions and 12 mentoring sessions over a minimum duration of 6 months, tailored to the applicant’s needs (starting November 2025).
