Relevance for Circular Systemic Solutions

While this tool is made for Swedish local authorities, it can serve as a starting point for other cities and regions which are looking for ways to monitor GHG emissions on a local level. Therefore, it can help cities in all three phases of CSS deployment, whether it is in analysing the metabolism of a territory in the Map stage, or in identifying areas of local intervention in the Design phase, or in monitoring progress in the Implement phase.

How to use this tool or method

The tool, which is an excel file, can be downloaded and adapted according to locality like any other excel file. Once many localities fill in their information, the tool can be used to analyse regional differences as well.
