This document provides a roadmap and facilitation guidelines for the Communities of Practice (CoPs). The approach for setting up and managing the CoPs is described. CoP can be used to engage with relevant stakeholders to have strategic discussions on technical feasibility, economic aspects (societal cost-benefits), environmental impacts, and policy bottlenecks and barriers.
