Organised by the European Commission, the conference will explore how cities, regions and their partners across Europe are already harnessing all the energy and ideas that abound within their borders to boost the circular transition and stimulate social innovation. This event will be an opportunity to delve into concrete examples on how they can advance from their political decisions and strategies towards the deployment of systemic solutions .

This event will provide a unique opportunity to policymakers, business leaders, and experts on the circular economy from across Europe to:
 

  • Explore concrete ways of translating circular visions into reality in cities and regions;
  • Share relevant information for policy-makers implementing circular economy actions at local and regional scale;
  • Learn from experts’ insights on the benefits of a circular economy at the local/regional level.
