About this community of practice

How do you make circularity work for people? This community of practice invites cities and regions to explore how circular strategies can strengthen communities, improve quality of life and support inclusive local economies, if they’re designed to do so. To unlock this potential, it’s essential to understand how circular policies affect different groups, engage diverse voices in shaping solutions, and ensure that no one is left behind. Together, we’ll unpack topics such as inclusion, equity, gender, employment, affordability, and belonging in the transition to a circular economy.
